Too many damaged shoes

I have ordered and returned the same shoe now for the 3rd time. These are not cheap shoes and this company should really be looking at what they send their customers. First pair was damaged. I returned I didn’t take a pic because didn’t think I would have a repeated problem. I reordered to get 2 different shoes. Same style. The 3 rd pair I received was the same pair that I sent back the first time that were damaged. I’m so upset these shoes are very cute and my daughter loves them for her wedding. I have messaged the seller with no response..
