The bowls are nice and wide, which makes for great plating when I'm trying to make my meals look nice. I think what I like most is how flat everything is while still having enough of a lip that nothing spills.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These plates Sturdy, microwave and dishwasher safe. They stack in a nice low profile in the cabinet. The swirling hand spun design is nice, and looks like something that should be significantly more expensive.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dish set consists of four (4) 3-piece place settings: a medium- sized plate, a large dinner plate, and a wide, flatter bowl. I appreciate the durability for everyday use - they’re thicker/solid, subtle design of rimmed edges so food items don’t easily slide off, and wear well in the dishwasher. I have mixed thoughts about the flatter bowl piece purpose - it’s a personal preference for holding soup or broth (I prefer a deeper cup or bowl style), yet it’s wide, flatter style is perfect for holding thick stews or salads or pastas, or it even acts well as a serving dish for items such as mashed potatoes or other vegetables or even fruit. Overall it’s a sturdy, attractive everyday dishware set.
