It’s a nice pair of boots, but at the same time I’m disappointed because they should have been listed as used instead of brand new. When I opened the box, the presentation was 0/10 — the box was broken and the boots had a few scratches. You can clearly tell they were used. I still love them and will keep them, but be mindful of what you might receive if you buy them, since everyone’s experience can be different. Overall, I would still recommend them because they are a nice pair of boots

Are not leather
I like Kenneth Cole but the item that I purchased, I thought that it was leather dontinthe brand. And the price, I'm not to happy about it I just not going into buy this brand anymore, in a month or so they're going to pee and that's not right.

Macy's shipping issues
The review was sent on Christmas Day for a pair of boots that I didn't even receive yet. The boots didn't arrive until 12/29 and since they were a Christmas gift that was disappointing. I ordered them on Dec 15th.
