Im disappointed that I did not receive my complimentary gift that was the main reason why I ordered.

I ordered this item and qualified for the advertised gift set shown on my receipt, but it was not included with my order. As the gift set has substantial value, I respectfully request that it be honored and shipped to me promptly. Please review my order and provide confirmation of resolution.
