I never give reviews! I am ordering my 2nd bottle today. I no longer have any morning stiffness. The pain in my fingers is all but gone. I am taking it along with Turmeric. My fingers have boney joints so the Osteoarthritis is quite severe. I've done the research and have found only Type II Collagen helps slow down the progression of Cartledge degradation. Glad I found UC II. I appreciate NOW has no unnecessary fillers.
