I was hopeful to wear this pretty dress to my niece's wedding as the smocked bodice and the summer colors are very flattering. However, the skirt is way to flouncy for my taste so I unfortunately will be returning it. I couldn't tell from the picture that the skirt begins with a high ruffle layer that wraps around the dress. I thought it was more of a basic hanky hem. Too bad.
