The 9-inch Bread Knife features saw-like teeth that can slice bread from crust to crust without crushing the soft interior. In addition to bread, bagels, and pastry items, the serrations can pierce and slice through tough-skinned fruits and vegetables, with the 9-inch blade giving ample length to slice even large squashes and melons. Full-tang knife blades with a hammered texture.

Beautiful & Blue
I bought a magnetic knife block & was looking for a few beautiful knives to leave on display on my counter. This knife is my second in the collection. Not only is it beautiful, they are very sharp & functional. I need one more, a paring knife & my display & kitchen use knives will be perfect
