These are beautiful knives. The blades have a nice finish and design, and they are razor sharp. The weight is nice but even with the 5 inch blade, these are not giant "steakhouse" knives. I would have liked to see a little wider blade for the size of the handles. I love all Cangshan knives and usually go with the Haku line but bought these for a less rustic look. As with all their knives, the quality is very good. I can't comment on the steel or the crafting technique, but the knives I own have been excellent and durable with no noticeable differences between the much higher priced Shun blades I own.

Great value. These beautiful knives are mostly stored in my leather roll bag for travel in the RV. I have to say that these are very sharp knives that hold their edge for a long time.

Beautiful steak knives. I love the shape of the Kita handles as they don't roll in my hands (like with greasy fingers). Its a better grip. The knife blades are super sharp and what I expect out of full tang blades. Such an exceptional brand with exceptional product. Will be ordering other knives as my budget allows.
