I first tried the Helena8 inch chefs knife at my friends home, it made such an impression on me I bought a set, this knife has a great feel, cuts effortlessly and makes a great addition to my knife set!
I already had this knife with the set I bought previously that this knife came with and it works as expected. Very sharp so watch your little fingers!
