Excellent small Nakiri

Beautiful & functional
This knife is super sharp right out of the box. I made razor thin carrot slices with almost no effort. The pieces didn't get all stuck on the blade. I can already tell this is going to be a workhorse. I wasn't sure if I'd like the edges on the handle but it's comfortable. The magnetic cover feels substantial, something actually worth keeping. Beautiful presentation in the box.

The best just keeps getting better!
I've never seen vegetables run to the back of the crisper drawer The key Kita Nakiri is a must have for fine julienne. Slicing tiles for decorative Asian cuts, vegetables for moo goo gai pan paper thin slices of onion for con fi an absolute essential! Makes cooking a joy. I find myself looking for recipes where I can cut more items prep is not prep it is as a delight with the Kita Nakiri. Perfect accompaniment to my Kita 12 piece Damascus steel knives. Love my Cangshan tools!
