110 lbs and 5 ft tall, size small is a perfect fit except for myself, It needs hemmed shorter.

I'm 5'4" and 103 lbs. 32x25x36. I bought an XS. The dress did fit and felt warm, nice for a winter evening. Its very pretty. It was a bit too long for me and too tight. I could zip it up just fine, but felt like it was too snug. Returned the dress.
