Lauren Ralph Lauren Maisie Cotton Decorative Pillow, 20" x 20"

Pillow is nice but not worth the price. Pillow was shipped unprotected in a box that sustained major damaged. The sides of the box were open exposing access to the pillow. The tags on the pillow were crumpled. Navigating through the call tree was a nightmare and I needed to hang up and recall to reach a human. The rep was friendly and offered to send another pillow but instructed me to return the original pillow at a UPS store. I inquired if UPS can pick it up at my home. She said no. I declined to be inconvenienced and personally take pillow to UPS so she offered 10% discount as the best she could do. I pushed back on that offer so she offered 15% discount as the best she could do. I requested to speak to a supervisor who never came to the call. The rep eventually returned and stated the supervisor authorized 20% discount which is the best they could do. I accepted to end the ridiculous call.

This comforter is so pretty and amazingly light given its size (we have a King). We are very happy that we purchased it!

The pillow cover is well made and I love the design. I appreciate the material is made of 100% cotton. I received the pillow with a slight smell of vinegar ( probably from a treatment of sanitation ). I would like the pillow insert being more fluffy because the pillow looks flat.

Beautiful, high quality comforter, that is actually big enough to cover the sides of a queen size bed.

Absolutely stunning and great quality

They are nice and the pattern goes very well with the duvet set.
