Purchase lost twice
Hello Macy’s Team, I placed Order #4775684852 on July 29, after over 10 days I called customer service to check the status of my delivery, unable to find the item. Customer service was not able to give exact answer or status for my purchase, they apologized and ask me to cancel it and repurchase, I told the girl on the 10th of August if I re-purchase it , are you going to promise me this is not going to happened again, she said yes because she put me on hold and contacted the shipping company (according to her) and they promised her I will receive it before my trip (knowing that I purchase this shoes for my brother as a gift and was going on vacation on the 20th of August to take. I then placed a second order (Order #4779246207) on August 10, and that one was not received as of today 08/18. This is the second time I’ve been affected, and the it seems that the shipping carrier appears to be unreliable and customer service rep not helpfull at all. Very desapointed. Not HAPPY

Great boots!
I wore these boots out and walked everywhere in the winter. From bar to bar and crowded rooms. Not one scratch on these white boots, without any protection.
