I love this coffee machine. It is so easy to use. The only thing that is a missed opportunity with this machine is it doesn’t have a separate milk frothing function. Otherwise it is great.
I’m the only person using this machine, after 3 years all the water will run outside the cup. I did keep up with cleaning.
We are satisfied with the fully automated brewed coffee from our machine Have had to take the machine twice for repair under warranty - because the brew group has twice locks in place and cant be removed for cleaning
Unit was defective. When I added water to the reservoir, it immediately drained onto my countertop. Called Phillips customer service, they recommended I return the unit.
I have always been a delonghi girl but liked the look of the Phillips I absolutely love it makes a perfect coffee the milk frother is far better than some no messy tubes to clean the only thing I could say that is annoying not bad is that it doesn’t hold a lot of coffee beans but hey Im happy with the rest so I’ll wear that it’s easy to use sleek looking only wish I had got the model up now that does hot and cold
Dis a lot of research online before choice. I wanted a less comlicated machine to maje reasonable coffee (Over de longhi) ease of use found and cleaning looks good on counter in kitchen better information about machine found on line refarding cleaning rather than picture instruction sheet overall happy just need to get grinf settings correct

Instructions were in no language, just illustrations, we could not understand, and then most importantly - coffee itself turned out not good
