i’ve been taking these for mm maybe 2ish plus months now. I am not exaggerating when I say constipation has been a problem for me for the majority of my entire life. Days in between a BM, full on episodes of constipation after days of nothing. These pills helped me so much. Again, the majority of my life i have never been regular. These have and are helping me a lot with regularity. I would highly recommend.

Specifically, I enjoyed their unflavored protein powder (the entire bag is gone) because it doesn't have the overpowering protein taste and has more protein than your average powder. I do wish I was warned the intestinal bacteria support had to be refrigerated upon receiving it. None the less the probiotic and the cleanse combo helped to regulate me and for that i am greatful!
