Belle de Mer Freshwater Blush Pink Drop Pearl (8-9mm) and Lab Created Sapphire Necklace in Sterling Silver

I am only givng the necklace 2 stars due to how it was packaged and how it delivered. The necklace was placed in alittle black bag and then placed in a box. This is a delicate necklace that will tangle in a drop of a hat. When I took the necklace out of the little black bag, it was a total mess. It was tangled beyound belief. I tried for at least 30-40 minutes to untangle it. No such luck. I then took it to a Macy's store,wherevthe lady behind the jewerly counter (would love to give her name but not sure if allowed)took at least 30 minutes to untangle it for me. She also,placed it in a box, so it wouldn't get tangled. I have never recieved a product from Macy's in that condition. Was quite dissappointed. As for the necklace it self, I do like and plan on keeping it. Just becareful on how you store it.

This beautiful delicate necklace arrived packaged in a plastic bag and the chain was in knots!! Knots!! I expected it to arrive secure in a box I never expected such a mess. I bought two, one as a gift, so I have double the mess to deal with.
