3.5 qt. Saute Pan
Excellent quality. Distributes heat evenly and did not experience any 'hot' spots that would cause burning in one particular area. I made meat sauce and was able to cook it down to a consistency that I wanted without the sauce over-cooking.

Buy This
I purchased this pan in the 3.5 quart size. It is very well made and heats up quickly and evenly. After use, it washed up clean and shiny as brand new. I do recommend cooking on low to medium heat. And, that works for me just as a precaution to prevent cookware from warping or turning black from high heat.

Disappointed
This pot after one use ..discoloration on bottom of pot..had to use..sos to remove discoloration!!!
