We bought our maker about a month ago. We are extremely happy with it. It is very easy to use once you learn how it works. And we like all the features like the built-in grinder, being able to use beans or previously ground coffee. The only suggestions we would make are: make the water tank hold a little more volume and emphasize more the need to make sure the beans are in very close to the grinder entrance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my birthday. When it works, it makes a great cup of coffee. But the burr kept jamming and I had to throw away partially grindings. I belong to a coffee club, so this waste became expensive. Make note, the grinding burr is not easy to remove. Returned it sadly.
We bought ours 5 months ago to replace our very expensive grind and brew . Have to say it makes a great cup of hot coffee quickly. The grinder is definately quieter than our other machine. The only thing we miss is not having to use a filter.. that comes with the price.

I drink my coffee black most of the time, so I really appreciate being able to taste the coffee itself without added flavors or cream. I also enjoy iced coffee on occasion, and this machine does an excellent job with that as well. I’m truly impressed with the engineering and thought that went into designing this coffee maker. It delivers great-tasting coffee and is a machine I would confidently recommend to all my friends.
This coffe maker is compact easy to use and perfect for making a fresh single cup quickly the build-in grinder is convenient and the coffee tastes fresh and flavorful.
I’m happy with this product, but it steams up. Isn’t that going to ruin it over time. I see others have complained about the same issue.
