Very disappointed!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to get this machine so i could make soft serve ice cream at home. It does not turn out at all like the picture on the box. It takes so long to make in the machine. I had the mixture in my refrigerator over night. I don’t feel that made any difference that it was chilled. I tried several times and it never came out right. It had little pieces in it that were greasy like butter. It makes a mess. I love Cuisinart products normally. Unfortunately i will be returning it.

Great for slushy
Great 6in1 slushy &soft serve maker I love the texture of it and the size is amazing. It’s super easy to opertate and the materials they used feel amazing. Once I got it the assembly was super easy.

Great for slush no good for Mr whippy.
Tried several times and different recipes for Mr whippy style ice cream, none work, you have to freeze it once made as it won't hold up in a cone.

Super versatile
I love that not only does it make super creamy soft serve ice cream, but you can also whip up slushies, frappes, and sorbets in minutes. It is super easy to use, the texture with which the ice cream comes out looks like an ice cream parlor😌🤩🥰👍

Mixed feelings
The machine does everything well apart from Soft serve , which dispenses too soft for a cone. Also the hopper funnel is poor grade plastic with the hinges for the lid already broken. I will be asking for a new lid under warranty as I have only had it 2 weeks

Not quite what I expected
This machine does everything as it says it would with the exception of the ice cream doesn’t get hard enough. That’s why I took a star away. 🤷♀️

Runny

Slushies and soft serve are runny
I was so excited to get this appliance, because it’s so versatile. We’ve tried the recipes to the letter and this machine can’t produce a slushie or soft serve at the level of coldness it should. Slushies are watery as are the soft serves. The flavor is good but the slushies produced are as if they already melted. We have it on the counter with 1 ft clearance on each side. Perhaps it’s just a bad one. We went thru all of the troubleshooting for a week. We are going to return it and look for another manufacturers appliance.
