Marmot Men's Aerothermal Hooded Jacket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cozy and lightweight, this very packable piece is a must have for outdoor adventures where you are on the move. Just a tip- I'm 5’11” 180 and ordered a L based on the size chart. But it was bigger than I would have liked since I don’t plan on layering underneath. I feel like the M would have been a better fit. But otherwise another excellent product from Marmot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hoody is surprisingly warm considering its light weight. Very easy to pack and layer on when needed. It is breathable and but offers wind protection a well. Great product, recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A similar beloved Marmot jacket purchased in 2000-01 (inner label reads V 5605-2) in satin like olive green with similar black fleece lining lasted me over 20 years if you want to bring that back! This is close and a great jacket, super lightweight, warm, water repellent. I'm normally a L but this jacket is cut fairly slim (note: not everyone likes slim fit--roomier is better for layers) so needed XL and now sleeves are a little too long... but otherwise fits well. Zipper is tiny and a little hard to zip so a heavy duty zipper would be an improvement, too.

The hoodie is warm and lightweight. IT functions equally well as a mid-layer or a standalone. Very impressed Marmot.

Unfortunately I have a bunch ripped out threads from the hood, since that gets caught on brush and tree branches walking through the woods. It is best used with the hood up and ideally another jacket on top of it. Warmth wise it's very good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great lightweight fleece/hoody. It has two features that could be improved: the zippers could be a bit more robust (heavier); and the elastic at the wrist is too tight (making pulling up the sleeves difficult).

This jacket is lightweight, breathable and very comfortable! Love the fleece in the inside of jacket. Keeps me warm. Fit is true to size!
