Panasonic Technics AZ80 True-Wireless Noise-Cancelling Earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound of the Technics EAH-AZ10 is amazing, and I expected that. Also, the noise cancellation and the call quality is great. The real surprise, and my favorite part of these earbuds, is how they fit in my ears. They are absolutely perfect. I also loved listening to music encoded in Dolby Atmos. The fidelity is incredible. These are my new favorite earbuds. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

I spend 4-6 hours every day with earbuds in. These are the best I've ever had. Don't neglect to download the "Technics Audio Connect" app, which makes them even better.

I really wanted these to work out but unfortunately, it’s a cheaply made product by a company that does not stand by their product. About 1.5 years into owning, I noticed the left ear bud is approximately 20% of the right ear bud volume. It’s not a hardware issue. Every once in a while I can get it back to near full sound by doing the 5 minute reset. I reached out to company and they offered me a 10% discount to buy a new pair instead of fixing this issue. Looks like it’s back to AirPods. Getting less than 2 years out if a “premium” product while using sparingly is laughable.

I bought these because I saw lots of online reviews saying that they had excellent sound quality, were great for noise cancellation, and would be solid for holding phone calls. I typically use earbuds for 8-10 hours a day and am used to having to swap at least once during the day due to battery life. This was supposed to resolve that too. The number one thing that I did not see ANYWHERE online, and is the key frustration point for me, is that they will NOT stay in my ears! I have tried going up and down in sizes of the silicone tips they provide, mixing and matching sizes between ears in an effort to get them to stay in my ear. No success. The longest they stayed in was just over an hour while I was working at my desk, not talking. As soon as I reached for my glass for a drink, out fell the left one. Heaven forbid that I use these for a phone call. The other end not only reported that I sounded weird (I was still indoors, not outside or in a windy situation), but 7 minutes in, out popped one of them. Chewing gum, they'll pop out. Take them to the gym for a workout, plan on having them pop out mid set. Feel like they are getting loose and try to push them back in, pause your music. The sound quality may be decent (I genuinely cannot tell an improvement from these over my cheapo pair) but that doesn't do any good if they don't stay in my ears. But since they won't stay in your ears, at least if they were to catch on fire, they would be away from you. That's a safety feature I guess... Returning and would not buy again. I am floored that so many lists have these listed in their best of for earbuds.

These earbuds are disappointing for phone calls. They tend to cut off quieter sounds, which makes the speaker’s voice drop out or sound incomplete. Instead of a natural tone, the audio sounds artificial and glitchy. The voice quality is too distorted for clear communication, making it frustrating to use for even a simple conversation. I would NOT buy them again.

The best you can get. The fit, the sound quality - everything is absolutely outstanding. I've tried all the competitors - these are the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had really high hopes for these, and honestly, they do perform well. No issues at all with podcasts, YouTube, or Netflix — just with music. I’m a picky listener when it comes to sound, so I kinda wish they offered a bit more there. Other than that, these earphones live up to the hype for sure.

Nice earbuds. The clarity is good. Theses have a nice design. However, the JBLs have more volume and touch sensors are more precise. In addition, you don't have to hear the tones when tapping

The case and ear buds themselves are small and sleek. The ear buds are pretty comfortable as well. Overall, these are great, but they didn’t stand out to me with so many ear buds available. I would love if they were water proof and or if they had a key chain or something on them so they’re easier to hold.
