Swarovski Swan Rhodium Plated Pendant Necklace

I ordered a Swarovski Swan necklace with pendant on Macy’s online. When I received it the Swan faces to the right and not left. I went on Swarovski website to check the same item and it shows the swan faces to the left. There are some other style that faces to the right but the particular one I ordered faces to the left just like the one shows on Swarovski websites. I believe Macy had sent me a fake Swarovski product. Im very disappointed and satisfied with the product especially they claimed and marketing a Swarovski product which it wasn’t the case. I felt duped and cheated, it was a bday gift for my daughter and I wanted to see how happy and surprise she was going to be receiving it but it didn’t happened. Pls be aware customers be sure to check the picture of the item you order and take a picture of the piece of jewelry you ordering in that way you could see the difference when received. Especially when it comes to jewelry check the quality color length style and brand.

Usually Swarovski items I buy are meeting expectations or exceeding them. However I was a bit disappointed in this swan necklace. It didn't seem to look as good in person as it does in the online picture, didn't give me a "wow" effect of any sort. I like the other swan necklaces I've bought before, this one is going back.
