MegaFood Kids B Complex Vitamins, Vitamin B6, Methyl B12, Folate and Biotin, 30 Mini Tablets

My 5 year old autistic son has been taking these for about two months, and it is subtle, but I have seen an improvement in his language and social skills. These also provide him with a more stable mood and energy levels overall. There was a noticeable difference in days when he missed taking the vitamin, where his energy levels were elevated and he was more disregulated. Will be continuing these for him because I am very happy with the results!

I like that Mega Food makes children dosage because it contains the recommended dosage of b complex for adults, adult dosage is very high above the normal dosage but I give it 4stars because it contains Chromium. Will try to find low dose and no chromium supplements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like taking this B complex supplement for myself because it doesn’t have over the amounts of B vitamins. It is hard to find a B-complex without at least a thousand % over the daily recommended. The bottle is a bit big. It is good that it is made out of glass, though, so we aren’t adding even more plastics into the environment.

My daughter has been taking this for awhile and we’ve been really happy with it until I noticed there’s chromium in it. I’ve read that chromium should not be taken on a daily basis. Why is it in a kids supplement?

I have never heard of a 'kid' vitamin for aged 5+ that needs to be swallowed.My son tried,but it just didn't work. Some natural sweet flavoring made with stevia might be an upgrade to this supplement meant for children.
