I cooked cheesy rice in the pan, and it came clean easily. The ventilation slit in the allows steam to escape. I have used it to fry a small batch of onion rings, melt chocolate for a cake, and cooked rice. This pan can be used on gas, electric, ceramic, and induction stoves. I highly recommend this brand of pots and pans.

The handle stay cool so you don’t have to use a pot holder when moving it. The non-stick lining makes for easy cleanup. I would definitely recommend this pan.
