I am curvy shaped in the mid area, so these bottoms did help flatten my lower stomach. I don't normally like shapewear because I don't like the compressed feeling, but these were very comfortable and I didn't struggle with bending or have any issues wearing these. If you're a woman that wants to feel a little more sturdy in your lower tummy, these are useful!

It is also soft and cool which is phenomenal in South Florida. I wore it all day long without any discomfort or overheating. I have a shorter torso which makes the crotch/bikini area a little long but I am accustomed to that and. I just adjusted it .
