I just received this beautiful bag for a wedding I will be attending very soon. Macy's online photos of this bag only show one side. I did not notice this. The side not shown has a gold tone plaque with the brand name engraved on it. I don't mind this at all. It's not a large plaque. HOWEVER, it's been glued on crooked. Macy's won't give me an even exchange because they say the bag comes from a third party seller. I got it on sale. Now the sale is over. If I want this bag I now have to pay full price. Something is wrong with this policy! IT WAS DEFECTIVE and I am the one paying the price for their poor quality control. This is not a super cheap bag/clutch. It should not have a crooked label. Come on now! I have to hope it goes on sale again before the wedding. Not happy right now at all!
