Great moisturizer. Need to heat up and stir the organic version to melt butter then let set so that it is smooth and doesn’t crumble when applying. You can do this by placing in saucepan with hot water, although not too hot or can melt plastic container. This was recommended when called in, wish they did it for us.
Grainy texture does not smooth out.
I love this Shea Butter. Your hair eats it up. It loves it. It stays hydrated for a long time. I also love it for other uses. It makes your skin very soft and feels great. I will always purchase more and keep it on hand for whatever application it is needed.
