The fit is loose and lumpy. As you move in the dress, the waist gathers up even though I bought the exact size based on my true waist and hip measurement. Also, the bottom ruffles gather dust and debris and have to clean with a damp cloth constantly. I wore the dress so I can’t return it. I would have returned it if I hadn’t worn it.
