Diagnosed with osteoporosis and read this is a good supplement to take. I know Solar are good quality so started taking, easy to take once a day. 2yrs for next scan so fingers tightly crossed this helps

I also take Solgar Calcium Magnesium Zinc in the evening. Now I sleep much deeper and feel more energetic, thanks to Solgar's highest quality and standards. Previously I tried a few D3 K2 combined products from other manufacturers, none of which seemed to be particularly good.

Very good, but also quite expensive, especially considering I'm not solely purchasing vitamin K. You'd expect there to be combo deals or discounts for bulk purchases.
