I like that they’re chewable and contain a good variety of vitamins and minerals. They’ve been super easy to add to our daily routine, and there are never any complaints when it’s vitamin time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I like to try what my children do, I decided to give these a try. In my opinion, they taste very similar to a Flinstone vitamin that I had growing up. The chewable tablet are about the size of a nickel, and they do have a chalky texture, which every child may not be partial to. My children't weren't fond of the texture or taste, but they tolerated it. They are accustomed to gummy chewables, which is why I think they had an aversion to these. But as mentioned, I tried them and thought they were tolerable.

That’s one of the reasons I’ve really liked having Kid Vits on hand. It gives me a little extra peace of mind knowing he’s getting a broad mix of vitamins and minerals to help fill in some of those nutritional gaps. The berry lemonade flavor is different from the usual overly sweet kids’ vitamin flavors and he’s been happy to take it. Especially during the school year when our days are busy and meals aren’t always perfect, this is something I’m glad we’ve added.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did find these tablets to have a chalky and crunchy texture which wasn’t my favorite, but the berry lemonade flavor somewhat helped. The larger size and hardness of the tablets did seem like they would be difficult for young children. I did not notice any health benefits during my time taking them, but I do like that they support immunity and bone health.
