Red Yeast Rice (RYR) is the natural product of the fermentation of rice with Red Yeast (Monascus purpureus). For centuries, RYR has been used as a flavoring and coloring agent in Asian cuisine, and has been valued by traditional Asian herbalists as well. Red Omega with CQ10
I order this about a month ago. What I have taken so far seems to work and good but half of the bottles soft gels were struck togeather and not able to use.

Great Combo of Ingredients
I love the combination of Omega 3 ingredients, BUT I DO NOT like the size of the gel cap. It is far too large and is a difficult pill for me to swallow. I prefer a smaller size like the product "Mega Red" which has much smaller, easier to swallow gel caps, therefore, more inviting to take. I will probably return to Mega Reds when these bottles are finished, even though I actually like this product's total components. If you make the pills smaller, I would definitely purchase them again.

Excellent product
Pills look large but swallow easily .... and no fish taste during or after taking them. Really pleased that they contain CoQ10 also.
