No stratches so far, it cooks good. no funny smells. will purchase again for my daughter.

After about 1 month of use everything I cook keeps getting stuck on the pan. I can even flip an egg at this point. The post I mostly use for boiling things and those are working just fine. I don’t use them to simmer or such. But the skillets definitely get food stuck. They are not easy to clean. When I reached out to the company’s customer service department they replied with: you need to clean them in order for food not to get stuck. - The care for these are not to use abrasive sponges and soaking them in warm water does not help. I would not recommend if you’re used to frying spices in the skillet before cooking your meats or veggies. Or if you’re planing to cook any eggs on them. I would return them if I had the chance. As of now the Gotham steel company offered to replace the skillets but in a different color. They are having me wait for months to get a replacement of the same color that I purchased. : / Currently still waiting for them to have the color I purchase in stock.

I have them for 4 months and the ceramic started to peeling off, I am very disappointed and concerned about the chemicals of the ceramics parts on the food , I don’t know if there some kind of warranty on these

I got the white and gold. The handles have become discolored, the gold has faded. I Haven’t placed in the dishwasher and made sure to hand wash only. I wanted to love them but unfortunately not my best buy.

Good looking cookware that are truly nonstick!

Looks nice, light weight but No longer nonstick. This is after less than 2months of use! Very disappointing. I contacted for a warranty replacement since the time period for returns was 2days ago! Eggs Sticks even when using oil.

Pots are not non stick as stated. They have already scratched and chipped after just over a months use. They look nice but quality is poor.

I usually do good online with Macy's but I was really wrong about these. I've had them for a couple weeks but I dont cook a ton plus I have other poys and pans. everything has been used 2 to 3 times. frying pan losing color around edges. big pot is not flat so oil goes to edges while the center of the pot burns because its empty. its already discolored despite trying to avoid it. in another month I will have to throw them away.

Every thing sticks to the pan, the outer parts chip and discolor very quickly after purchase. The sellers are rip off artists.

I’m enjoying my pots and pans
