NOW Foods Glycine Pure Powder, 1 Lb

I feel more centered and calm. I did experience some mild constipation at first, but it resolved quickly as my body adjusted. While I can’t say for certain that glycine alone is responsible for these improvements, I do believe it has been an important part of the overall positive changes I’ve experienced.

I supplement with glycine powder, seems to give me a much better restorative sleep cycle.
