Love the weight and the handle for easy moving.Even cooking. I have found Cusinart is always a great product.

Not sure I was not using the pan correctly or if it just takes some time but no matter what I cooked in it it stuck to the pan and just was not a very pleasant experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years I’ve owned numerous brands of cookware, but let me tell you, this is all you’ll ever need. Not only is the actual pan beautiful, but it cooks food better than any of my other pans. The heat distribution is even, making everything cook perfectly at the same time regardless of where it is in the pan even if it drapes up the sides. I needed very little fat or oil to keep my food from sticking. And I absolutely love that it’s dishwasher safe. This is a keeper for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pan! We have been using the heck out of it. It’s big-perfect for making a 1-pan a stir-fry. I’ve cooked everything from gravy to pork chops in it and it’s performed wonderfully. It is very tough and sturdy, and I love the helper handle. I have pretty severe arthritis and find it difficult to lift heavy pans that just have the standard handle, and the helper handle really lives up to its name. The textured non-stick surface took a bit of getting used to as it does require a bit of scrubbing to clean. It is scratch resistant and I like not having to be precious with it for fear of scratches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy and simple these pan makes cooking breakfast. My food didn't stick to the pan like other pans that are non stick. After I was down cooking breakfast I cleaned my pan with some dawn powerwash and it was a breeze didn't have much to scrub off afterwards.

I meal prep for the week and the size of this pan made it extremely easy to cook my ground chicken. This picture is with TWO packs of ground chicken. It cut my time in half!!!! The evenness of heat made the chicken come out perfectly. You know a product is amazing when the company provides a LIFETIME WARRANTY! I’m seriously in AWE of this skillet and look forward to cooking now!!!!!

Little oil is needed and it has been nonstick. It is heavy and of high quality with a beautiful aluminum exterior. The nonstick cooking surface is textured and this has been a different experience for me, but it is still easy to use. I love the helper handle, especially when you have to transfer a lot of food or sauce!

I felt that it would be impossible to prepare meat and potatoes in the same unit, proven wrong left me beyond impressed. Nothing stuck to the bottom of the pan, everything wiped away with ease, and cleanup was very easy. I recommend anyone purchasing this that enjoys cooking.
