Received defective
Purchased for Christmas the Cowgirl Nutcracker for my daughter. But was very disappointed in the condition we received the nutcracker. It took 2 weeks to be delivered so it was past Christmas. The box she came in the plastic cover on the front was coming off. The nutcracker was missing trim from one of the arms. One boot was not glued down so kept turning around. Looked like she was missing hair on the one side. Trim on the jacket was all over the place. All together did not look like quality control was done. This was not an inexpensive gift and I have other items from Kurt S. Adler I have purchased in perfect condition. Very sad we have to return
