I bought this dress for my upcoming maternity photos. Based on the reviews, this dress runs large so I sized down based on recommendations. I usually buy a M in most clothing, so I bought this dress in a size S. For reference, I am 56, size 8 in pants, 36D, and currently 6 months pregnant. It fits perfectly! Our photos arent for another 6 weeks, but its very flowy throughout the middle and it accentuates the bump perfectly. I was a bit hesitant with the deep v neckline as I am larger chested and I cant wear a bra with it - but I was able to use sticky boobs and its perfect. The bust area has some elasticity which helps give a little bit of boost to the chest area, and the material is double-lined so you cant see through anything. I cant wait to wear it for photos!

Love love love this dress! I am 5-7 and at 35 weeks pregnant (very pregnant) wore this dress for my baby shower! I got SO many compliments on it. I ordered a medium, as sizing down was recommended, but currently Im a large when not pregnant (in between size 10-12). Fit perfectly. It was so comfortable and I felt like my cleavage was well contained.. I only wore adhesive nipple covers (lol) & no bra as its a deep v-neck. I love how there are pockets. I can see myself wearing this dress postpartum for sure- highly recommend!
