I bought a size Medium in this dress online. I’m 5'11", weigh 150 lbs, and wear a 34B. The Medium fit me perfect. The fabric also has a nice amount of stretch. When I pulled on it, it had quite a bit of give, so I think there would be more room for someone with a fuller bust and or a more curves. I’m very happy with this dress and would recommend it.
