Wrong item twice

Ordered Seattle got St Louis - reordered a 2nd time and also got St Louis instead of Seattle.

Disappointed!!!

Very disappointed!!! I ordered LA fleece but what I received was a St Louis that I never ordered!!! Customer service reorder the LA fleece and I got a Milwaukee Brewers!!! I have to now return!!! Very disappointed!!!!

Sadly not what expected

It wasn’t a Dodger item as I had selected and ordered twice. I received two packages of the wrong item. I will return both. Quality of the fleece was also not as expected. It is not a soft fleece material.

Macy’s cannot fix error

This item was ordered 3 times. Once via phone with Macy customer service rep. EACH TIME, the wrong item was shipped!!!
