Upon opening the package, I was excited to see the cap looked exactly how it did on the Macy’s App. However, the OS fits all strap didn’t hold up to the excitement. The strap used to hold the cap in place kept coming undone. Alas, I had to send it back for a refund. Still an overall good looking hat to complement all military green fashion.
