NYX Professional Makeup Make ‘Em Wonder Foundation with Hyaluronic Acid, 24H Wear, 1.01 fl oz

The foundation 39 cocoa is the one a purchased.the blend is so crazy, when I apply to my face the shade is 3 times darker (I always laugh when I see my face) and just after I go with the sponge several times all round my face the foundation matches my skin tone and dries out in the new shade other wise it takes longer to dry and don’t match the shade as good. I have to work it with the sponge! But it matches at the end after the sponge work takes 2 minutes and without takes 5 minutes and still have to go less with sponge but it has to be done, is just scary for me I am not used to make up, this is my second time buying foundation and I never seen a foundation that takes so long to match my tone. Genuinely I just want to know if this normal? But aside of that it’s good, stays for along time, easy to spread, I believe is durable because of the liquid consistency, I normally don’t apply much, well blended works. Still I will try a shade lighter maybe will match even better and will not have such a shade difference when is still wet.

It settles very heavy on the skin and makes it look like makeup is caked on…no matter how little (or much) I use. I am 38 so it may be better in younger skin…but this just didn’t work for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This liquid foundation is buildable and soft matte. It's designed to give light to full coverage with a skin-like finish. It's infused with Hyaluronic Acid [ helps with hydration ] and Vitamin C [ brightening ]. Waterproof, transfer resistant, and sweat resistant. While I love how lightweight it is on my skin without looking heavy, the blurring that I can see with my results, and that it was a true to tone shade... My skin was more on the dry side while I used this, so it did cling. [ Make sure you prep your skin, for sure, before applying to help with this ] I also found that after several hours, it needed some touchups - it claims to last up to 24.

This is a really nice matte foundation that doesn’t feel or look dry on the face. You must prep your skin and finish it properly to keep it hydrated and prevent caking! A little goes a long way as well. I sometimes accidentally apply too much and have to blend it down onto my neck to prevent creasing and cakiness.

I have been lovinggg this Make em Wonder Matte Foundation! The application is so smooth, you don't need to much product, it feels lightweight on my face. I normally feel my makeup so much during the day and I feel like I dont even have any makeup on with this matte foundation.
