This is my second time using it. The first time I took it I noticed immediately an improvement in my mental clarity and physical strength. They claim additional benefits after 2 months of using it. I didn't purchase the second bottle immediately after but, I should have. I will continue to test it to see how valid their claims are. It feels easily absorbed because It doesn't change my urine color and it doesn't upset my gut.
