The capsules themselves are easy to swallow, standard formulation and ingredients, and didn’t cause any digestive stomach upset or weird side effects. However, in terms of noticeable effects like an energy boost or overall wellness improvement, I really haven’t felt much of a difference. It’s an okay supplement, but the results just felt average for me.

I’m not noticing any huge change, but I’m also not noticing anything bad so as for now I’ll give 3/5 stars. I know using a supplement and for it to really show true benefits using it for 30-90 days is best. Once these run out, I’m gonna grab another bottle and keep up with taking them. The packaging is simple, capsules look like your typical supplement pill, no weird taste either!

Most dietary supplements are not very good and don't actually amount to anything so I don't have the highest hopes for this either. Moringa leaves are part of my diet and this form is easy to get the nutrients. There is no smell in the capsules and are packaged well. Recommend dose is 2 capsules per day and it’s a two month worth supplements in a bottle. I love that it’s vegan and non GMO. The capsules are average size and easy to swallow. Easier way to add good nutrition.
