The earbuds are great, the noise canceling and sound quality are great. The case lets this down. The lid seems flimsy seems loose. I might have a bad case but it seems this has been brought up before.

Maybe the perfect earbuds
These are the best earbuds I have ever purchased. They fit great and are comfortable to wear for long periods at a time. The app has a little drawback in you can't see the power level for either the earbuds or the case if you are not wearing them at the time. The sound quality is great, just what you would expect from Bose. The best feature by far is the noise canceling. I have other noise canceling headphones but nothing like these Bose earbuds. Even in crowded places with a lot of background noise, they block out everything, except for the voices inside my head. They are a must buy according to the voices.

Somehow Bose made perfect even more perfect
I thought the Gen 1 were perfect, but the Gen 2 are even better! The multi-device support is so seamless that it's practically magic. The sound is clear and crisp with impressive bass. The noise cancellation is of course excellent. The wireless charging is much appreciated when you need it - the battery easily lasts all day. The complaint I had with my old ones was the outer ear silicone would rotate, but the new diagnostic keeps them firmly in place for all day wearing.

Great sound but fitting is tricky
Great performance earbuds but fitting options mean one earbud doesn't seat well and constantly falling out. Ideally, need another extra small tip option.

Outstanding sound and noise cancellation
I've been using the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen) for several weeks and have been extremely impressed. The sound quality is clear, detailed, and well balanced, with deep bass that doesn't overwhelm the music. The noise cancellation is excellent and makes a noticeable difference when travelling, working, or exercising. They are comfortable to wear for long periods, fit securely, and the battery life easily lasts through a full day of regular use. Connectivity has been reliable and the controls are intuitive.
