I've had Sorel Sneakers before, but his pair seem to be to wide in the heal of the shoe. My size is correct because before placing the order I had my length and size measured at Macy's shoe department. I've always had a narrow heel but your product always fit nicely. did you change your design?
I love Sorel shoes / boots and have a few pairs already. Got these for summer and they look great, are well made. However, the one thing I have loved about my other Sorel shoes is that they have seems to be a bit wider than other brands across the foot and this (for my slightly wider foot) makes them so comfy and is a reason I keep coming back to this brand. This shoe however is not as wide as other styles and whilst not unbearably uncomfy are just not as comfy as I was hoping / expected them to be. They do also slip a little bit off my heel (even though they fit my foot length and I'm tying them up tightly). So overall, nice looking shoe, a bit comfortable but could be better. Hopefully as I wear them more they'll get better.

Unyielding and uncomfortable. I am returning them. They have zero flex and the heel does not come up high enough to create a solid fit. Would not recommend.
