I received a defective product. Please send a replacement. The clips won't gather at all. It is inconvenient. I'm having trouble attaching photos. I even sent them via email, but I haven't received any response. When cooking with strong spices or dark-colored dishes, the product doesn't remove stains easily even after washing. Despite this, it is very convenient to use. The spatula is excellent for frying eggs, as is the whisk. It is very convenient to use in the kitchen.

These tools are very nice and the price was amazing. I especially like the whisk, the tongs, and the small spatula. The color brings a bit of newness to my kitchen, which isn't new. I enjoy looking at the Kitchen items on Macys web site. There are always bargains that make my life simpler.
