The dress came in a plastic bag, all crumpled up and extremely wrinkled. Not at all what any other dress I ordered from Macy’s. Others came on a hanger and carefully wrapped to avoid wrinkles. If I had chosen to keep this dress I would have had to take it to a cleaners to have it pressed it was so terrible.
