Maxi-Cosi Tanza Baby and Toddler Belt-Positioning Booster Car Seat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product through the Stellar Testing Panel. This booster seat was easy to install and its light weight makes it easily transferable from our car to our SUV using one hand. My child had an easy time getting into it and getting out of it and it has been the most comfortable booster seat for her yet (which has been the absolute BEST part). The fact that it folds down for easy storage is nice, but as a mom of 3 (almost 4) that flexibility in the seat makes me nervous - with enough force, it SEEMS like it would fold in half easier than one would think especially with its light weight design. With that slight flexibility in the seat, I’d rate it a 4/5 stars as my child has been the most happiest and comfortable in this booster seat and that is something that’s hard to come by.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Maxi-Cosi Tanza High Back Travel Booster Seat with my daughter over the past several weeks, and it has been excellent! There are so many things I love about it. First, it was completely foolproof to set up and install in my van. Everything comes in one piece, so there’s nothing to assemble except clicking in the cup holder. I read through the instruction booklet, followed the easy-to-understand directions, and had it out of the box and installed in less than 10 minutes. Also, I’ve never used rigid lower anchors before and found them to be very easy to use! Second, I love how it looks in my van! Since I have 4 kids, I have several other car seats in different styles, but the neutral color and sleek design of this Maxi-Cosi booster fit right in. It looks clean, modern, and somehow matches all of the other car seats. Third, once it was installed, it was very user-friendly. Adjusting the height of the headrest/backrest was quick and easy to get the right fit for my daughter, and she learned how to buckle herself in without any problems. Finally, I really appreciate how travel-friendly this seat is. It folds in half and comes with a travel bag, which will be perfect for trips (we fly frequently). It is narrow, so it will fit easily in any type of car/truck/van. The only thing I would change is the cup holder. It didn’t seem to click in very tightly, so we decided not to use it. Thank you to Stellar Reviews for providing me with the Maxi-Cozi Tanza booster seat to test and review. It has definitely won me over!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this booster seat as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I’m extremely pleased. The first detail I noticed when taking it out of the box was how light it is. The fabric and design are on the luxury side and work well with the aesthetics of my vehicle. I was able to carry my infant baby in one arm while carrying the booster to the car. It was a seamless process right out of the box. The biggest win for me besides the design and weight is the fact that I have a very tall five-year-old. Although he is tall, he’s still five and this booster fits him, and as a mom makes me feel that my five-year-old baby is safe, regardless of his height! The adjustable back gives me confidence! The seat is also sleek enough that my five-year-old can fasten his seat belt seamlessly! I definitely recommend this booster seat and plan on purchasing another for my husband’s truck!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel I was able to test out the Maxi-Cosi Tanza High-Back Belt-Positioning Folding Travel Booster Car Seat. This seat was absolutely perfect for my preschooler. It is very comfortable while still feeling secure and the seat belt positioned nicely across his lap and shoulder helping him stay properly seated throughout the ride. We recently took it on a trip and it was a game changer! The folding feature made it incredibly convenient to carry through the airport and it fit easily with the rest of our luggage without taking up much space. Once we reached our destination installation was quick and hassel free with the latching system being on the bottom. My son was comfortable even during longer rides and never complained about the seat. The padding feels soft the materials seem durable and I appreciate that it’s lightweight without feeling flimsy. I would definitely recommend this booster seat to families who travel frequently or anyone looking for a booster that’s easy to transport.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this booster seat to try as part of the Stellar testing panel, and it has been a wonderful experience! We finally decided to upgrade my 5 year old to a booster seat and she was ecstatic. The seat is slimmer than her forward facing car seat, but still provides a similar comfort level. The fabric is soft and plush, but may scuff if rougher shoes are rubbed against it. My daughter was comfortable sitting in it for extended periods, and was easily able to learn how to buckle in. I appreciated the latch installation feature and it felt safe and secure, which was a really important factor for me. Our family frequently travels to the city over to visit family, and being able to easily switch this car seat over to her grandparents car was a game changer. Trying to juggle a newborn carrier and a full size car seat was a bit of a struggle, and the folding mechanism, as well as the carrying bag, have made transitioning to other vehicles a breeze. I am excited to try this car seat when we travel longer distances, as I was previously wary about checking a car seat into a flight. Overall, this booster seat has been really useful over the past few weeks and the quality seems superb. We are very satisfied with this product and would gladly recommend it to friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I have been really impressed with this booster seat. It feels sturdy, well-made, and gives me confidence that my daughter is safe while still being comfortable for her. She actually gets excited to use it, which made the transition to a booster much easier than I expected. One of my favorite features is how lightweight it is. Moving it between vehicles is quick and hassle-free, and the built-in carry handle makes a bigger difference than I thought it would. It's easy to grab with one hand and move when needed without feeling bulky or awkward. My daughter has had no trouble getting in and out of the seat on her own. The design makes it easy for her to climb in, buckle up, and get comfortable, which helps encourage her independence while keeping things simple for me. I also really like the premium fabric and modern design. The material feels soft but durable, and it looks much nicer than many other booster seats. Instead of looking bulky or outdated, it has a clean, stylish appearance that fits well in our vehicle. Overall, it's been a great combination of comfort, convenience, and quality, and my daughter genuinely enjoys riding in it. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this booster seat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this booster seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was excited because I have 5 kids, and they are all in car seats of some kind from infant seats up to booster seats. Have you ever tried fitting 5 car seats in a minivan? It is so ridiculously difficult to get them to all fit correctly and safely. My current setup was okay but the booster riders always needed help getting buckled because it was such a tight squeeze. This booster seat fixed all of our problems. I wouldn’t consider it to be a super narrow seat, but because it positions the belt instead of raising the child up super high, it fits perfectly in our car. Most boosters have ridiculously clunky armrests that make it nearly impossible to fit next to another seat. This seat doesn’t have armrests, making it fit in a car so much better. One of the best features is the rigid latch. I wish I had invested in a car seat with rigid latch 5 kids ago! The time I have wasted installing car seats when I could have bought something like this blows my mind. You just pull a handle to release the latch, click it on and push the seat back. Done. Now you don’t have to worry about the booster sliding around or becoming a projectile when the rider isn’t buckled in to it. I wish all of my kids’ seats had this feature! The seat is well designed and easy to use, too. The handles to raise the headrest work well, it’s easy to uninstall, and my kid says it is super comfy! It’s her favorite seat she has had. Two things that I would change: the cupholder is pretty flimsy. If you are a stainless steel tumbler family like we are, it will make the cup holder flop down. I would also like if the fabric was a darker color or more stain resistant. It looks dirty super fast. I haven’t tried washing it yet though. Overall I think maxi cosi knocked it out of the park with this one! I would absolutely recommend it to other parents with booster riders.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This high back booster seat was so easy to install and straightforward to understand how to use. The seat folds in half to make traveling and transporting from car to car quick and easily transferable. I love that it came with a travel bag as well which is always a pain to have to buy separate. This is our first booster seat using only the seatbelt and my 6 year old had no problem using the seat and figuring out how to work the seatbelt in the proper positions for safety. Thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending this booster seat to our family to support our growing family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This booster seat is fantastic for travelling and for families that switch seats between cars. It’s lightweight, incredibly easy to clip in, and is very well-made. My daughter absolutely loves this booster. She finds it comfortable, it’s easy to strap her in, and the little cup holder on the side is perfect for her water bottle. I love how convenient is it to switch between my car and truck. It’s not heavy at all and I am also 25 weeks pregnant so being able to easily pop this out of one car into the other is a breeze for me. It folds up and has a carrier bag so this will be perfect for trips or when we need to stow it under the truck seat or in my trunk if we need to haul something. Really impressed with this! Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this booster seat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am a big fan of this booster seat. I was expecting it to be good, but it exceeded my expectations. It’s incredibly lightweight my kids were even able to move it before it was installed. I was also able to carry it from one car to another with ease. I love that it comes with a carrying case. It’s a soft case, but it definitely makes transporting the booster much easier. Travel with it is so easy saves us from having to rent booster when having to travel. It is easy to check in at airport. My daughter was able to get in and out of it easily, and she loved how comfortable it felt. She’s usually not a fan of rough fabrics or textured surfaces, but she really liked the material on this seat. It is very premium fabrics. The only downside I noticed is that the cup holder doesn’t sit completely flat, so it may not hold drinks as securely as I would like. That said, my absolute favorite feature and a total game changer for me is the latch system. It makes installation incredibly easy and keeps the booster securely in place. It’s also sleek and narrow enough that we can fit three car seats across the back seat of our truck without it feeling overcrowded. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this booster seat.
