I just purchased the product, so I don’t know the results yet. My complaint is about the promotional gift. When I made my purchase, the merchant was out of stock of the product I wanted. I was told that the product would still be ordered and delivered to my address. Since my total purchase was over $179, I expected to qualify for the makeup gift that was being offered with purchases of $60 or more. However, I was told that I did not qualify for the gift simply because the product was out of stock at the time of purchase, even though the merchant accepted my order and arranged to have the product delivered to me. I don’t feel this is fair, since I met the $60 purchase requirement and the only reason I didn’t receive the gift was because the merchant was temporarily out of stock. I would appreciate it if you could review this situation and honor the promotional gift.
I'm 78 this week Although I have pretty clear skin for my age, this is so good it is erasing some of the few lines I do have appearing Like around my nose and my smile lines around my mouth
I was able to use this for almost two weeks and felt that it provided light moisture on its own, but applied my usual moisturizer over it. Perhaps with prolonged use I would be able to see some skin benefits. I received this product for free from Estee Lauder for testing and review purposes.
I been using this product for a few weeks. I been loving hoe hydrating this products and how makes my skin feel. I use the serum normally in the AM before leaving tp work. Leaving my face look less dull and more brighter. I did have the sample size so it's a but hard to see the long term benefits of the product.
