DV Dolce Vita Women's Alumina Espadrille Wedge Sandals

These shoes are super cute but after only 3 times wearing them, the right heel broke off. So disappointed and bummed.

I just purchased these for Mother’s Day only wore them 3x, and as I was entering my workplace the strap broke off, I had to turn around and go home to change shoes. The loop that holds the strap broke off, and I was left with the strap tied to my ankle. Brand new shoes, unable to use anymore. They were so cute.

It has been exactly one month since I bought them. I have worn them at least three times, and the right shoe is already coming apart right where the strap attaches.

Not comfortable and having a hard time returning

Super cute shoes. Unfortunately they felt very scratchy.

I needed the product by March 24th. I placed the order on the 14th—which meant there were 10 days for it to arrive—but at this point, the order status still simply reads "processing." I called to cancel it, but I was told they couldn't do anything and that I just have to wait. The service is abysmal; if they don't have the product, they shouldn't offer it—or, at the very least, they should let customers know that they don't have it.
