What a useful plate. It's large, white and has a good weight ro it. High quality and sturdy. The plate measures about 9 inches. A good size for a steak or salmon filet. My family has been using it mostly as a dinner plate. Its raised edge comes in handy with sauces, preventing spills and mess. The colornis an off white - almost eggshell color.
